Mira | Business Management

I wrote a long review but it must have been taken down by the App Store or something. Long and the short of it is - Mira is by far the best, tried them all and wasn’t happy. Gave up and thought I’d just keep going with the paper diary. Found Mira, by googling “ why don’t any business apps work on phone properly” and it came up. Gave it a go and wow. free trial is actually good and lets you pretty much use everything, agents are real people not a call center over seas and they are not rushing to finish the call, prices are great, software is spectacular, actually works on phone app without needing browser, doesn’t force you to use “CLIENT PORTALS”, they have a clean logo the doesn’t take over your business adverts, fully customisable, I could go on. Look all I’m saying is if your reading this, give it a go. You won’t be disappointed. I am not a bot

Switching to Mira has been the best thing we have done. The system is so easy to use and looks very professional to clients. The reporting I found very easy to personalise with just some basic guidance initially from the Mira Team and we now have it set up that it saves our techs so much time. The customer service team are always very responsive too…..the live chat function is brilliant. Highly recommend
