I am so impressed with the content of this platform and have been looking for a program that integrates PRI and strength training. I love that PRI techniques are integrated throughout each class through programming. The cues are amazing and every exercise is broken down for you to be easily understood and implemented, along with modifications and progressions to boot. I’ve completed my first class (lower body burn) with ZERO lower back pain or discomfort during the class or cool down (that is atypical for me.) My body feels great after this workout. I love that there is an ease in track for newbies to this method. I am so impressed with Lauren’s knowledge and can’t wait to dive in more.
