Sweat is a neighborhood studio, owned by Pleasantville locals, specializing in hot vinyasa yoga taught by some of the region’s best instructors. Each 60-minute class, held in our

thoughtfully designed studio, builds strength, balance, stamina and flexibility through a challenging and energizing workout.


At Sweat we believe yoga is for everyone and every body. We focus on hot vinyasa flow because it builds strength, stamina and focus through fast-paced, continuous movement and
