Have talked to support multiple times, all they have to say is “we’ve been hearing that from a few customers” and “unfortunately the app can’t do that” Would be nice to be able to limit what time people can clock in at and make the geo fences restrict clocking in outside of the set limit instead of just sending me hundreds of emails. Lots of room for improvement, difficult to navigate compared to other apps from a supervisor standpoint. Pretty user friendly from employees though
Like another reviewer said, this app has different bugs and issues than the last app. This app also has less features than the last app, and you have less control, settings, options. I understand they're still working on adding new features and content, but why release this when your old app is honestly better. You should be releasing the finished product. The location tracking is still buggy too. Do better!
