I just wanted to write a note of thanks for your Dynamic Golfer programing.
I retired in April at the age of 59 and I was looking forward to many days per week on the golf course. Unfortunately, I did not realize how sedentary I had become, and many weekly rounds ended being one and one with pain in my legs and back – even with the use of Advil. Mornings started with extreme leg pain and continued by walking with a forward tilt. To relieve the pain, I tried deep tissue massages, physical therapy and even visited a chiropractor for multiple sessions. While some relief was provided the pain returned shortly after each session.
At the suggestion of a friend, I purchased the Dynamic Golfer program, and six weeks later I’m waking, walking, playing golf, and living pain free! I will be forever grateful to you and the skill you possessed to develop the programming.
Looking forward to being a lifelong member and experiencing the continued impact of the programming.

I have been using Dynamic Golfers program for several months and find it a great way to stay in shape without leaving the house. I have been doing the advanced strength training program along with the stretching program. There is a tremendous amount of variety in the exercises and programs. They are easy to follow and provide variations for different levels of fitness
I highly recommend this program for anyone looking for an exercise program that is easy to follow and provides an almost an endless amount of variety.

I’m in my late 60s and was looking for exercises that would help with flexibility. This ap has an extensive library. These movements have really helped me with my rotation. I’ve just begun to explore the exercises it has for hand, forearm and shoulder. Those are areas you don’t think about focusing on in the gym too much. These movements should help with my arthritic hands. I’m really pleased to have found this ap and recommend it to my friends
