I have tried so many fitness programs and diets and always found it difficult to pursue consistently on my fat loss journey. And in the process I was trained to hate the way I look and feel in my present body in order to motivate myself to push harder. But it never worked, all that I was left with was internalized body shaming and body dysmorphia. And then came I fortunately bumped into Sam’s instagram workouts and through that - Pridefit. It is the ONLY program out there that I know of that focuses on all round and sustainable health. I haven’t felt this better in my skin in like forever. Pridefit is not only an easy to use and well guided exercise app, but it also helps you work on your sleep hygiene and food. The best part is Pridefit’s food guides are not restrictive but are additive, so you never have any cravings and you genuinely feel so good about what you’re eating. Pridefit also has a rich community element who can hold you accountable, who you can nerd out on your favorite books and movies with, who are wonderful allies and queer folks here to pour into each other’s wellbeing. Pridefit is all green flags and if you have been in the same struggle as I you should try it out too. In Pridefit, you have the agency to pick your goals and move towards them with intention, with the support of a wonderful community and a committed coach.

I was looking for a work out program that I could do with my husband, sustain and see real results and I found all of that and more in the PrideFit app. The library of workout programs and on-demand workouts is so &#34;intentional&#34;, continuously growing, and meets you wherever you are in your fitness journey. Whether we&#39;re at home, in the gym, or traveling, the routines fit nicely into our busy schedule. Beyond the fitness regimen, I&#39;ve learned so much about my nutritional health and focused on it through some of the monthly challenges, discussions and recipes in the Pridefit community. In my one year on PrideFit, I&#39;ve lost 30 pounds and had to replace essentially my entire wardrobe, done more push-ups, sit-ups and a faster mile time than I&#39;ve had in the last decade (maybe ever), I can actually do a whole bunch of pull-ups (couldn&#39;t do any before), and most importantly gained so much more confidence and comfort in my physical and mental health. Biggest takeaway has been that some body movement even if it isn&#39;t a full blown trip to the gym always feels better than nothing. There are still parts of the community and app I haven&#39;t even tapped into yet and I&#39;m excited to keep growing and giving them a try.

I’ve been making efforts to try and live a healthier lifestyle, and while I felt like I was making some headway, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I was stalled somehow. I had little interest in working out, and trying to eat healthy was quite challenging for me. Along came Pridefit, and I was hesitant to even begin because I thought it’d just be something I stick to for a week or two, then abandon because of something I don’t like. Was I right? NOPE. Been here two months, and I’m flabbergasted with how fresh a breath of air this app is. I’m enjoying my workouts a lot more, I’m learning how to have a better relationship with food, and I have a strong conviction that I’ll be able to achieve my health goals long term. The way they promote a SUSTAINABLE lifestyle, versus a super strict one, is amazing for me, and I’m glad I’m here. A very cool community to be a part of, and they have lots of content I’ve found useful in getting me to a better state of being! Can’t wait to see how this continues to evolve, and I hope more folks that join have a positive experience like me so far!
