If I had a dollar for every time I needed to update this app I wouldn’t need to work or upload any work related documents
This app is by far the the most annoying one of them all. The layout and design its self is good. But it literally never works! Always logging us out saying we can’t sign back in. Dispatch assigns a new job we click accept job and says can not accept job and kicks us out again. We have deleted reinstalled updated everything! Convince of the app doesn’t do us an ounce of good if it doesn’t work. Shouldn’t have to spend half the day on the phone figuring out where our next loads are going and such. Take the time and get it right specially if you’re selling this product to companies to use!!
Leaves out so much information for the driver. Many of my loads were incorrect because of the information that was missing on my end. Dispatch had the info correct, but I couldn’t see it.
