The AI system is 2nd to none. Put in some of your info like height &amp; weight, goals, etc. It generates you a workout schedule &amp; nutrition goal. It gives you a convenient calorie counter system. But where I have to APPLAUD these developers is in the workout plans. It gives you a couple different options in case you aren’t able to do a certain workout (machine unavailable or whatever) , so you never have to worry about missing a step. The pumps I get from this is insane, man. I can’t really be any more thankful. I’ve gained 6 pounds in my bulk phase within less than two weeks of using this app, and I have a very high metabolism. That alone right there is just insane.

Usually don’t leave reviews, but this app hands-down is amazing. It tracks literally everything it adjusts your weights based on your performance during the week. I was skeptical at first because the price point for the year is so low the macro tracker now with the updated AI photo is hands-down. Amazing you may have to edit a little, but it gets you pretty close to what you’re eating if there is any skepticism, if you should download this, throw it out the window and pay the $60 a year. You will not be disappointed. I don’t normally even leave a review, but I needed to for this.

After doing a body-split five days a week, I needed something different. I love the fact that the app builds the program around your progress; its like being back in school and having an actual workout plan. What I&#39;m a bit frustrated with is the lack of some of the exercises opened to me with a PPL split. 16 years of lifting has taken its toll on some joints, and I could use the option for some warmup sets and add more exercises to the library. I&#39;d love to see things added such as: Arnold Press, Chest Pushdowns, Lat Pullovers (bit different from dumbbell), single hand Bulgarian squat, and Meadows Row. I&#39;m sure there are more I&#39;m forgetting at this time, but there are so many exercises and variations. A little bit added here and there would be great! Another thing that would be a good addition are “tips and cues” that could be associated with each exercise that would go over hand/feet position, how to setup for the movement, and what your body should be doing as you do the rep. Other than that, the app is great.
