I have really been loving TrackChangeThrive! It is so easy to log what I’m eating throughout the day and I love having a place to document symptoms as they come. I have already identified foods that I should limit and have noticed a significant change in my skin and headaches! This is a must for anyone wanting to take a more serious approach to their diet and health!
This app is really great for anyone who wants to optimize their health! I love how easy it is to track food and beverages consumed daily and then also track how you feel that day too! Somedays I’m busier than other days so I also love how I can input my foods and symptoms the following day! It’s super cool to see how you feel when you eat certain things- so smart! Definitely a keeper!
Upon first opening this app, the first thing I noticed is the user interface is not super intuitive. I have used a LOT of food logging apps, and this was definitely more difficult to navigate. I ended up emailing the developer to see if they have any videos or any type of tutorials because I could not find any through the app or doing a browser search. Then when entering foods, I found it very difficult to figure out how to add in a food that I was eating. the first three foods I ate were not recognized by the app by scanning it in with the barcode. The only way I could see how to add a new food to their database was to add a “meal” and it would not let me create my own food so I could add these unrecognized foods into the app. Then when I did find a food in the database, it wouldn’t let me add it and kept saying there was an error. Very frustrating. I went ahead and deleted the app and canceled my subscription. I understand there’s some getting used to a new app when you first use it, but to not have any tutorials and have it be this frustrating right from the get go didn’t work for me
