From their website. After months of difficult exploration and attempts, we have finally confirmed that it is not possible to upgrade the 2.0 version of the unit remotely to integrate with the accessory gameplay we are preparing to launch. Therefore, we have decided to halt the sales of the 2.0 version of unit until the new 3.0 version is released. This process is expected to take about three months. During this period, we will continue to update the app and provide after-sales service.

I bought a 2.0 unit from DG-Lab in June 2023… they sold it to me knowing that it no longer worked with their app. But they didn’t announce this until August 2023. so I’m out a ton of money and they are living off my stolen dime. Companies like this should not be allowed to have apps on the App Store.

I don’t know what’s going on, but this is pretty annoying when I can’t use this for solo play. This is also kinda worrying - if DG-labs ever goes out of business, this might mean I can’t use the associated hardware?!
