It has potential but is more aggravating than helpful. Tried to book a water taxi in Baltimore and it said the time I requested was not available, but there was nowhere to select a time. So, pretty useless
The live tracking feature is excellent. We can easily see the driver’s real-time location, and the alert notifications are very helpful. It’s a great app for us and makes the overall experience much better.
