However, I faced a few challenges. As an offline student at Allen Kanpur, I found it difficult to understand concepts from some of the faculties. This is where the app comes in handy—the recorded package lectures are crisp, concise, and straight to the point. However, in some of the pre-recorded practice question lectures, the teachers use concepts that are taught later in the series. This makes it difficult to solve those problems until that particular topic is actually covered. Overall, it is a very supportive platform for students. I would like to request the Allen team to add an 'Ask a Doubt from a Teacher' feature. While the AI is decent, interacting with a real teacher allows us to explain our exact weak spots so they can address them directly. One final drawback is that the package lectures are a bit out of order, which is why I have to use my one-year-old Allen account to watch them sequentially. Thanking the Allen team for providing such a wonderful learning experience!

As an Allen offline student, I can’t understate how helpful this app has been in my preparation. The video lectures are very helpful, especially if I missed some class or have some doubts that require clarification. The app is updated constantly and there are many features that help in student engagement. Overall, the app is great but here’s a couple of points for the dev team to work on. 1. PDF Viewer - This is the most annoying part of the app since the scrolling is very buggy and zoom in and zoom out completely messes up the location. 2. Organisation - There are great video lectures by the Allen faculty but many a times they are really inaccessible as one has to manually search for the particular lecture if it is not present within the chapter heading (like Isomerism is a big topic with around 8-9 lectures but not grouped under any chapter heading) 3. Doubts - Doubts take a really long time to get clarified and the AI is really not helpful especially when it comes to Advance Level Problems. 4. Custom Practice - The questions are not grouped according to difficulty well. Hard has many mains level questions and Easy sometimes gives quite difficult questions. Also, SRG questions should be kept in the custom practice as well. 5. Login issues - For unknown reasons, the app often gets signed out or crashes altogether. 6. Improve iPad support - The app just does not work in Landscape mode on iPad or any other device. Once fixed, the app will be a great help for students.

Allen digital is just like a cherry on top of a cake. No distractions are seen since the chat is only between the teacher and the student. It is also a friendly platform. However, during the session, a message keeps coming saying that there is a duplicate connection(joining the same session from another device). But I’m only joining on my iPad, and NO other device is used to join the classes. Please look into this issue as the message keeps appearing in almost every class 4-5 times. Also,it would be really helpful if they schedule doubt clearance session after 2 or 3 classes because during the class, a lot of time is passing by because so many has doubts.
