What a simple and elegant reminder of something so essential to life. Most people know how good the sun is for your health… But understanding the benefits of early morning sunlight can be life-changing.
Getting the notification to go outside each morning has been a great help in establishing this healthy habit. Easy to use and works well.
I have been inspired by Andrew Huberman and his insights on the importance of early morning sunlight, but I lacked the discipline to figure out when the sunrise was occurring each morning and setting my alarm accordingly.
