I’m a bariatric surgery patient (about 10 years out at this point). I’ve lost a lot of weight but I’m gotten a bit off track with my diet plan. FoodFresh is great because I can still cook and enjoy food that I love but it generates recipes and meal plans that are the right portion sizes! I got surgery later in life so I was so used to cooking a certain way (large portions for my family, foods with lots of carbs and refined sugar). But this app helps me make healthy portions I can eat with a smaller stomach so I don’t get sick and don’t waste food. I also like that I can order the groceries directly through instacart! It’s just as easy to order groceries as it is to order takeout now!

Love this app! I’m a divorced empty nester and I live alone now for the first time ever. It’s so hard trying to figure out what to cook for just myself but this app helps a lot. I’m not “techy” but my daughter is and she showed it to me last week! I love that they make recipes for you and you can order groceries. I also like that you can select dietary restrictions.. I’m in my 60s now so I need to watch what I eat! I wish I could share the recipes I make though!
