Very Disappointing Experience – Bus Search Still Broken
I’ve been using the web version without any issues, but the mobile app is a complete letdown. The bus search function on the app never works – it constantly shows an error saying “Sorry, there are no buses available right now”, even when I know there are. I reported this issue months ago, but no action has been taken to fix it. It’s frustrating that such a basic and essential feature is still broken. Very poor maintenance and support. Extremely disappointed – worst app experience I’ve had.

Error in searching option
Whatever the date I insert oh whatever the city I insert I am getting error message saying Sorry, there are no buses available right now in the route you searched, Please try another date or change the Departure & Arrival point & search again. Example:- Try Colombo - Badulla instead of Bambalapitiya - Badulla.

Unable to select date
There’s an error on the application is that the calendar to select the traveling date. It always shows the past dates and not the future dates.
