AI Cleaner: Clean Up Storage

I downloaded the app on my IPhone 16 pro max. I was ask by apple/my phone settings if the app should track my phone. (I said no) Then after that I was asked by apple to either give Full access, Limited access or No access to the app. I choose limited access. The app then showed me 5 duplicate photos in my phone. Then asked for my permission to delete those photos. I gave it the permission to delete the photos. After that I posted this review and unsubscribe and deleted the app. I honestly don’t know why people are complaining about. Do what I usually do. Before you download any app for free trials. Change your payment method on Your app or google account to CashApp card and lock it. or a visa gift card. That way if the app trys to charge you without your permission. The CashApp card will be locked and the transaction will decline. If they try to charge the visa gift card without permission well I only keep $5 or $10 on my reloadable Gift card just for those 7 free trials. They never scam me ever.. just a useful tip for you moving forward.

This app was only supposed to “clean” duplicates in my Contacts, Calendar and photos, yet it deleted the majority of what I had in each application. To make matters worse, the backup function the app has is flawed and didn’t recover all my contacts and the ones it did recover the notes were missing. My photos are completely gone (unrecoverable) and all of my past an upcoming meetings are gone and unrecoverable from my calendar. I am now in the process of using a cloud backup. It appears there is no tech support. I’ve written to the help line but nothing. The positive feedbacks on this app are questionable and based on my experience so far, not believable. This business needs to be reviewed by Apple and an analysis needs to be done to verify if they are in line with Apples policies . At this time I caution to stay away from this app. I just received a response from the developer under my review to contact them, which I’ve tried countless times and when looking at their website, no contact information is given. I also tried using the “Contact Us" form in the Settings menu with all the details of the issue - nothing! I’ve lost countless data. I’m actually shocked this app has even one positive review - I’m guessing the users don’t realize what the app has deleted. As everyone can clearly see, the developer sends what appears to be an automated response. The app developer never responded directly only via my review here and it took over a month.

This thing saves you hours of searching and skimming through piles of junk that collects and clutters up your mobile phone storage and saves space on your cloud as well which in turn saves you cash for other things you want to invest in . Check it out! It’s worth the money. Trust me. Get this one. I highly recommend it and I have tried them all and this one is the best! Extremely easy to use for beginners as it’s super user friendly and does all the work for you. I love it. I have been waiting for an app like this. Finally….thank you.
