I’ll replace my review once the card control is updated. I love Hughes. They are a great CU. I really love the customer service. But they got rid of a lot of features and keep pushing back the updates. They took away card control and then said they would update it Nov 2024. Now they are saying Jan 2025. It’s Jan 25, 2025 and I guess they still have 1 more business week to get it done, but if it gets pushed back again I may have to close my accounts. I rely on card control for protection. In the day of identity theft and scammers I like to know I can turn it off without calling the bank and without it being a permanent thing.

The new app compared to the last seems like they just took everything that worked in the last app and just got rid of it. Doesn’t remember your login, Face ID doesn’t work, page selection doesn’t work, app loads more than it works, takes you external if you try to do anything besides transferring money, I can’t even look at all the 4 options of pages because they just stay blank. Literally nothing works. It’d almost be easier to just call into the bank for whatever you’re trying to do

Why have an app if it takes you to the website when you try to do anything at all on the app. Also why can I not look at my own account number on the app? Why do I have to call you guys for everything? Not to mention being hung up on by your customer service when I’m already mad nothing is working. Terrible app not even worth downloading.
