Record and transcribe Voicerly

This app does a horrible job of providing users with real-time information. For example, tokens purchased are not shown when it’s actively doing something. There’s no way to monitor the amount of time an activity will take-just an unfriendly, ‘don’t exit the app while I’m busy’ type message. Navigation is completely counterintuitive-Often there’s no way to exit a full-screen. I’m constantly having to relaunch if l want to get somewhere else. Worse, there’s no ‘pause’ button when recording. When you stop it assumes you’re done, so make sure you have all your recorded material cued up in sequence. Tech support, as for most of the little outfits is non-existent. And of course, there’s no FAQ or manual.

I made a 60 second recording to test the transcription service. Of course I had to buy tokens. Then I tried it. After an hour it still hadn’t “finished” with the transcription. I tried again, no luck. I tried a third time, let it run overnight, and it was still in progress. Needless to say, I deleted the app. Now for the “Developer’s Response,” where they come in here and tell you how great their app is and how EVERYONE loves it, while giving lil service to the one star review…
