Tailored Trainer: Gym Workouts

For as many years as I’ve spent lifting, I still have days where I don’t want to think about my routine. I just want to be told what to lift and this app delivers that and WAY more. I love how easy it is to sort through the different programs and workouts and it is packed FULL of knowledge. The Tailored Team know how to push the limits in the weight room and also make it fun. This app is like having your own virtual trainer with you 24/7. I’d highly recommend it.

I have absolutely loved this app. It is so easy to navigate and has so many amazing programs for all different types of training/goals. I am half way through the “5-day Female Physique” program and I am loving the progress I am seeing. I have been able to drop postpartum weight while putting on a lot of lean muscle. I love how the app has a built in timer for rest and allows you to track your reps and weight for each exercise. I also love how the app allows you to plan your weekly workout days - this feature has made it so I feel the accountability to finish each day that is planned out. As a full time working mom, I have found this app to be so great for my busy schedule! I highly recommend The Tailored Trainer!

I’ve been in the gym consistently for almost 20 years, so I’ve seen and used so many apps that deliver lackluster workouts, or just feel clunky entering data (particularly when they don’t save your previous weights). Tailored trainer is clean, super easy to use and the programs are top notch. I’ve been a personal trainer for the past 10 years and tbh, most days I don’t feel like making my own program after being on the gym floor for 10-12 hours, so this was a nice find. No thought needed, I would run the performance bodybuilding program and loved the mix of heavy lifting with pump days. Well worth it and 👍👍
