Dubsado is a huge reason my business scaled the way it did. Before I switched CRMs my rate from closing leads to paying clients was 65%. When I switched and elevated my client experience it went to a 95%. Now having the tool in my pocket (literally) and getting notifications on my Apple Watch while on the go is everything. My business has always felt secure since being in Dubsado but now I know I’m not going to miss a thing.

I love that we have an app now! Most of my business is automated thanks to their easy workflows but it’s nice to just jump into that app when I need to. I adore this CRM and recommend it to all of my wedding industry friends. I’ve tried others and none of them compare to the customer experience. My clients love their portals as well, very easy to use and access all of my guides.

As a Dubsado user for the past four years, this is one of my favorite things the company has built into their business. This app is very user-friendly and gives me the convenience to quickly check-in on projects when I’m on the go as a photography business owner. Highly recommend checking it out!
