I joined VBF for a month to try out a challenge. Well………I’m now in a second challenge and loving every minute! I’m challenged to work hard but as one of my previous coaches says, “Train insane or stay the same.” Not!!! This winter weight has got to go. I sent my pictures in for the “Snatch your Waist challenge” and can’t wait to get my post results. Don’t care about winning the challenge but winning for myself. I choose ME this time. Never going back to the way it was!
Coach Dre is awesome and I love every session whether I work intensely or have to modify. He’s in our corner and has our back.
Join us you will love it. I challenge you today to make that move. I did and am more excited than ever. Worth every penny and then some! Thanks Coach!🫶🏽

I’ve been with VBF and using the app for a few months and following Coach Andre Bell even longer. I have yet to catch the live sessions, but I do catch the replays and OMG, he ALWAYS delivers with a great workout. The APP is easy to use and there are a ton of videos to choose from. The VBF family has been very encouraging in how to make life changing habits and all the coaches are right there working out alongside you during each session. I’m down 15 lbs and feel stronger than ever. 💪🏽

Coach Dre workout is what you need to get in shape, his motivational coaching style and effective workout routines makes you want to push harder and provide you the inner strength that you can do it.
