I simply wanted to check this app out and see if it would be helpful, it offered a 7-day free trial in order to access the features. I went to accept the free trial, I chose a monthly one rather than a yearly subscription to access the features. It immediately charged me $21! And I deleted the app immediately and requested a refund which was denied, I then sent an explanation of what happened and asked then to reconsider the refund, which was also denied! I will not be using this app regardless of the denial for the refund because after all of that it’s not even useful for me. Furthermore, for me $21 is a lot because I am on SSDI for my mental health which is the reason I was checking out apps I might be able to use for improvement of my disability, I don’t have a lot to work with financially so I do my best to spend money wisely and this has really been an upsetting experience altogether. Not just for the app being unnecessarily overpriced it isn’t very useful in my opinion, even if I were looking for what it provided, I would be able to find free resources I’d never pay $21 for this mind you for only a month at that!! It’s completely ridiculous and I’m very upset about apple denying the refund and there’s no explanation and I would really like one that could make any sense to me.. I make plenty of purchases without asking for a refund, I’m certainly not trying to get away with something… so me asking for one regarding this is completely justified. It’s not like I’m trying to get a refund for something I used or received in any way. The app charged me when I was accepting a 7-day free trial…

I use it myself, and it nailed the diagnoses I already knew about. Plus it picked up on something else that even though I wasnt aware of, I hve to say I know deep down is true. I told my husband about it and really hope he gives it a shot. it could be a great first step for him. I also love that it’s not just about doing tests and getting diagnostics, it actually gives you real ways to work on what it finds, like help for trauma, and anxiety.

I’m absolutely loving this app and it’s just what I was looking for! With how busy life gets, it’s way too easy to have my daily routine fall apart. This app keeps me on track and reminds me to stick with it. I’m pretty competitive, so having little challenges and a daily streak makes it even better. Plus it’s actually helping me feel back in control.
