Update the data on SOA feature there’s still no option to choose 2026. Improve reloading methods and make it convenient and user friendly. Improve toll calculator. Vehicle class should be radio or option button. Expressway, origin, and destination option should be in a select box or a drop down not pop-up menu or selection menu. Keep the toll fees up to date. Add a feature where to check stopovers along SMC and MPTC expressways because there’s a OneRFID(InterOp). Traffic updates on both SMC and MPTC Expressways too. Call for roadside assistance feature. Improve the app, add more features, make it more reliable, convenient, and user friendly. Hassle-free.

The App is comparable to Friendster or Internet Explorer it is “that” very outdated and having a hard time to reload your account using Credit Card. Yes, I am the type of person who doesn’t use GCash, GrabPay and (Pay)Maya. I even considered the Direct Debit (yes it is not safe since it is hard to file a dispute with Debit Cards / Bank Accounts being linked somewhere) but upon clicking it the app crashes lol. Just a bad app and sad for us commuters since the inconvenience it is causing us.

I was glad to see this app, but it needs more improvement. I cannot add another account for my 2nd car, also there is no top up inside the apps to be able to load remaining balance. I cannot edit the name of the account of the car or put a nickname for it and for easy log in, please add biometrics of face id log in. Kindly please do something to update this up so it would definitely be more user friendly and more convenient to all users… I do hope you will consider my suggestions… Thank you
