★☆☆☆☆ Where do I even start? This app is painfully outdated. It looks like something straight out of the late 2000s, and it’s somehow still being used in 2026. The UI is clunky, slow, and anything but intuitive. The bugs are constant. The app freezes, crashes, takes forever to load, and often doesn’t even clock me in when I tap the button. Even worse, it sometimes doesn’t save my punches, which is unacceptable for a timekeeping app. To make things even more frustrating, I’m constantly being logged out. Every other day I have to go through verification codes and answer security questions just to access the app again. It’s a complete waste of time. This isn’t a small indie app—it’s software people rely on every day for work. Basic functions like staying logged in and recording time punches should work flawlessly. The developers seriously need to modernize this app. It’s 2026. Invest in a proper redesign, fix the endless bugs, improve performance, and build something that actually feels like it belongs in this decade. Users deserve much better.
We’ve been on PRO for over 3 years and really find great use in the program for our PEO and clients. All the functions of PRO are not going to be available on this app, that’s not what this is designed for. This is more so the employee resource so they can view their pay checks, tax forms, deductions and profile info in a convenient spot. This is not what you would use as a manager or someone running reports/doing payroll. This app is super sleek and handy especially for quick reference documents for employees and time keeping at their fingertips (if you allow them to clock using the app of course!) The app and the portal ask for verification because of all the private info you have in there as an employee. Being hacked is a big concern so that is necessary in most portals with SSN these days.
This app is frustrating to use, and it's only been a day since my organization adopted it. I'm not sure why I have to acknowledge and accept a disclaimer each time I log in. I'm also not sure why the app has 60 second cooldown for clocking in and out. It's inconvenient that because my job has multiple time codes I'm required to use, that I'm also for some reason required to lose a minute of my time each time I change tasks. Looking forward to fixes, and updates
