The app opens when it wants, most times it doesn't even let me enter my user, sometimes it registers the hours and sometimes incompletes them, everything was working well until on the second day I was going to clock out and it didn't even let me continue, it just doesn't load, I tried from another phone and it tells me that the password or user are incorrect, I put the forgot password and the next button has no function, it won't let me continue

With our IntelliPunch feature, employees can punch in and out using predictive flows to ensure proper attendance. Our app eliminates buddy punching by requiring employees to log in with their password-protected accounts and register their facial impression at the time of punch.
