I am really enjoying this game. The graphics and sound are great. BUT, they are so stingy. They will give you more tokens every 4 hours and will let you spin the wheel once a day but that’s not enough for an expert table. Also, if you win a match, you should get at least double the amount of the table. I would like to go far in this game, but it’s expensive.

Each player has an average win rate of 30.7%. No matter if you’ve played 10 times or like me over 6000 games. You can check your win rate when you click on your profile picture during a game. The worst is that they penalize you for not getting enough points at the end of the week by demoting you to the next lower level even though it’s completely dependent on the algorithm and the cards you are dealt. It doesn’t matter how good a player you or your opponents are, it depends completely upon the cards you are dealt and your win rate. It’s extremely frustrating! It also stinks to have to wait 4 hours for free coins or you have to buy them. On a number of occasions, I paid for coins just to see if it changed my odds and lost them all within a half hour! The rules state that the game is meant to be fair because they give you points for second place. If they didn’t you’d play 2 rounds, lose both and have to wait 4 hours to play again or spend money to continue playing. I have been playing rummy for over 50 years. I love the game. I keep hoping with the updates that the creators of the game will see the value of rewarding players more to encourage more play rather than punishing them for losing which is mostly out of their control. Take a hint from Candy Crush Saga!

I started out really loving this game. It’s fun playing against 2 other people and the graphics are the best. However, I wish you would consider making the following changes. 1. Having to wait 4 hours to get additional coins. If I then lose that game after waiting 4 hours, then I have to wait another 4 hours! So playing 1 game in 8 hours is going to turn off players. There’s no other chances to get more coins. How about less waiting time, or more coins? 2. Wheel spin. I have never landed on the 1,000 or 2,000. It’s always a low number. And once a day is again, making it not fun to play especially spinning the low number every single time. I know it’s all about making money and players can buy extra coins. But it’s a turn off and makes me not want to buy coins in order to continue playing. How about free coins every 2 hours and free spins every 4 hours? 3. I love that there are no ads, but how about providing the option to watch an ad to get more coins or another type of reward? 4. Buying more coins. Most games have a .99 purchase option. The lowest option on this game is $1.99. Please consider another lower option. I really like this game and feel like it’s the best rummy game out there. But I’m getting turned off because of the lack of better options allowing me to play it more without having to fork out money every 4 hours.
