The best taxi option in Hanoi because it’s all electric. Their call support center is excellent with outstanding customer service. Their app is improving, and I hope to see an automated translation feature in the chat with drivers, as well as English translations of the notifications sent by the app. The most important need is the ability to accept credit cards issued outside Vietnam - Grab is able to accept these cards, so I hope this app can do the same soon.

Unfortunately, this app requires a phone number local to Vietnam for OTP authentication and does not accept foreign credit cards. I would love to use this service as the cars look amazing. Hopefully the app will as this support in the future.

When I first started using this app i could choose between Vietnamese and English then the app switched to Vietnamese only. I uninstalled the app hoping to reset the default language. Then when attempting to set it back up however it'll only accept a Vietnamese phone number where I was able to use a Singaporean number earlier so now I cannot use the app anymore. This is very disappointing as I regularly used this app in Ho Chi Minh city. 🙄
