Doesn’t Work. No Customer Service.
This was great for a few months. I got the year subscription. It responded with helpful ideas for my stories, helped me create client emails at work, and gave me many other various ideas. Now I can’t use any of the features and the Chatbot won’t respond to anything. I emailed the customer service email address listed and got an auto response stating “the address couldn’t be found”. I had several months left on my subscription and now I feel like I was scammed. If there is any customer service out there, please reach out as I would love to amend this review and continue using the app.

I take one hour to tell it to write a story, and it reply’s with NOTHING, not even a message just NOTHING
