Unable to load and click Child Name on front page upon launching the apps
It’s been 3 days this issue had happened. This is CRITICAL defect. Please fix it asap. We’re unable to view and monitor our child progress for the past 3 days. I’ve escalated this defect to teachers but teachers also encountered the same issue with Keedsflix Teacher apps hence they also unable to update any activities. Also notice that I’m not able to receive notifications on the announcements and any activities updates by teacher. Although my notifications is ON. Device used : iOS version 18.5 (iPhone 11 & 12) Feel free to connect with me if needed to reproduce this issue. Thanks.
