Joy Training stands for investing in your own health pension…each exercise, each nutritional choice, each good habit is adding years onto your life by improving your health!!
I created Joy Training to provide bespoke coaching to individuals who really want to change their lives through their health & fitness. I have always aimed to share the Joy that I have for training with others so that they can make sustainable changes for life - feeling buzzed about working out, seeing improvements, sharing it with others….this has always been my aim. Now, with my new app, I can unite us all as a like-minded community!!!
