Really glad to have found this App and Wellness community. I know the professional Psychologists behind this effort and they are more than qualified and intentional to help people learn to thrive and build new skills to strengthen mental health. From mindfulness videos to educational challenges, coaching, community chats and live sessions, it’s a digital Wellness Swiss Army knife that fits in your pocket and goes into the field with you to help and encourage you on your personal life journey. Not all social media is bad … this is a good product.
