As you walk into bodied you can’t help but be struck with excitement as you hear the music softly as you approach and see the inspiring message and details on the wall. Expect for a truly FULL BODY workout here as you do step, Pilates, and strength. What I love most is how fun this class is and every time I go I’m blown away at just how quickly the workout goes because it’s just that good. Oh and the music is amazing. Bodied just gets it. Looking forward to coming back to this amazing community of supportive people and trainers.

Had a smile on my face the whole time and the vibe is so unique! Loved that the movements are to the beat, which is hard to find. The playlists are super motivating and made class fly by! Definitely a learning curve to the step moves, but it doesn’t even matter if you don’t know what you’re doing, it’s just fun and a great workout!
