Incredible app incredible service Remely fast updates. Four stars will change to five when the iOS apps will allow you to drag and re-order cards on the board. As of right now with the iOS apps, you could just make cards but you can’t place them same with the iPad apps. Otherwise, this is my favorite software.

I have tried many note-taking apps in the past. Started with Notability, then Agenda, tried Scrintal for a bit, then got into Notion (heavy), Obsidian came and went, and MiraNote was great for visual learning, but nothing really stuck…until Heptabase! It’s obvious to see I got sucked in to the shiny object syndrome when it came to choosing a notes app that worked for me. Why Heptabase stuck is because its easy to visualize what I’m trying to learn while also feeling free to capture everything that’s important to me. It’s just EASY. The learning curve is not too steep. And, I’m finding I’m retaining more of the information I research and write about. If you’re looking for an all-inclusive, one stop shop note taking app, you’ve found it. Would love to see more AI integration but otherwise I’m enjoying it! *I know it may sound like they paid me to write this, but promise you it’s just that good! TRUST.*

I remember trying this app 1–2 years ago and didn’t like it, so I uninstalled it quickly. Now I’m using it again, and it feels very smooth, especially across different systems. PDF support is also great, and I mostly read PDFs on it now. Many other apps have similar features, but none integrate them as well as Heptabase. The developers are patient and answer almost every question. I highly recommend giving it a try!
