It disconnects the lights every time I open up the app now! I’m so frustrated I’ve spent 2 whole days trying to re add the lights to the app, once it’s added it disconnects and then the remote doesn’t even work! I have to unplug from the wall and plug back in in order to use remote. I’ve deleted the app, redownloaded, deleted, redownloaded and still NOTHING works anymore!! I have 3 different light strips I have attached to it and it used to work like literally last week but all of a sudden none of them stay connected or on whenever the app is up. Please fix!!! I can’t even download a different app because daybetter lights apparently can’t even be reset or paired with anything else (took me 2 long days to find that out). I can’t keep buying new lights. PLEASE FIX!!

so the first day that I got my LED lights, this app worked perfectly but then the next day when I turn my LED lights off it didn’t work at all. It says it cannot connect to the Bluetooth and it was really annoying me and it said get the newer version of the app, but I cannot find the newer version of this app but besides this app is a really good and the remote that I came with doesn’t work at all. It works sometimes, but I have to press the buttons like a bunch for it to work and I also tried to turn it on with the on button when it wouldn’t work on the Bluetooth and that didn’t work either.

TLDR: if u get the app on a 2nd device and log in, trying to log back on the first decide breaks the app for both divices and you’re no longer able to control the lights, turning Bluetooth off and on, airplane mode off and on, deleting, unplugging and resetting either devices/the lights doesn’t fix it. I first had the app on my phone and it worked properly, I got an iPad for Christmas and wanted to try getting the app on my iPad too so I can control it from either or. The second I logged in on my iPad, I got kicked out on my phone, I just used my iPad to control the lights which worked fine but I still wanted to use my phone so I deleted it and redownloaded it on my phone. And got logged back out on my iPad once I logged in on my phone, but the app didn’t let me control the lights anymore from my phone, it doesn’t matter what I used now, deleting the app or not, I can’t get past the log in screen and I’m almost certain that even if I was lucky enough to get past it, I wouldnt even be able to control the lights.(I tried unplugging the lights and plugging them back in, it didn’t work, I also read the manual, the manual doesn’t say anything abt this and the only solution in it doesn’t work)
