App Profile: Sleep and Habits

You can record your sleep and add notes about its quality. In addition, you can record habits and compare your habits with sleep. You can create your own habits, that you want to follow. The app calculates average sleep for the last 7 days, current month and current year. The same averages are calculated for habits.
Data is only stored on your iPhone or iPad and is backed up to iCloud together with other data. No external databases are used.
