It’s a free app with a very nice and easy guide to follow, a sleep diary and a habit tracker. And I love the articles! This is exactly what I was looking for!

The app seems like a good resourceful help guide for like meditation and mood stuff. My only problem is that everything is straight up LOCKED and only reserved for premium members. Like im 15 and Its literally telling me that in order for me to do ANYTHING the app has I have to subscribe for like $50/month. I see the age rating is 4+ but what’s the point if some people can’t pay and u can only do stuff if u pay?
