The App only works haft the time, and randomly signs you out when you are about to get on the bus. The loading time in rush hours its like being back in 1999 and getting on the internet. Been using cash this whole weekend, because the app hasn’t been working at all. What about the ticket machines you would ask, they are as reliable as the app.

Tried to purchase ticket using the app said payment failed. There was an update which I accepted and it seems to have broken something. Please fix it

Bus service: pretty good, though sometimes if the train is a few mins late the bus has left Tarrytown sta already. Sometimes the bus driving en route to train is very slow and oblivious to the train schedule. Ticketing: terrible. The app will not let me sign in or even retrieve a password. It keeps saying I am using the wrong format-but my phone and the app are both updated. The machines to buy tix are very cumbersome and slow…way too many screens just to buy a single ticket. You cannot buy them ahead of time because they expire after 2 hours. Then if you get to the sta on the train you better have exact change for the bus because its departure is imminent.
