Old Town Yoga is warm, friendly and inviting. They have built a wonderful community and the instructors are competent, capable and great for all levels. If you have always wanted to get into yoga but it can be by daunting being a true beginner, this studio is a safe place to get into a practice .

I’ve been practicing yoga at Old Town for 2 years and I’ve truly enjoyed it! Great teachers and atmosphere. I find it hard if I have a busy week and can’t make all my classes, my mind and body feel it. Give them a try, you’ll be sure to love it!!!
