Tile Family®:Match Puzzle Game

I absolutely love this game I’m addicted to it I love. The graphics the levels are challenging but not to complex I love that its a puzzle matching game and not those dumb like candy crush games cause I can’t stand those it’s a lot harder for me I’m 12 and I have a lot of games on my phone that I’ll quit playing in less than an a week or. Even 2 days but I’ve been playing this nonstop and I really love I have nothing bad to say about it I’m on level 101 and it just like the add shows you put the puzzle things down match them up and you help the people in need the only thing I kinda wish they would let me do is pick the clothes or let me pick the furniture they put down but I love this game I totally recommend I’m playing this game while I’m on a road trip and it says you can pay 💰 for no adds but there’s hardly any I CANNOT STAND games with adds like every 5 min but this game only gives adds about every two or three rounds but there usually very short and the stories start out really sad at first but when you start helping them out it makes me feel good because on one of the levels a little girl is sitting in her room and it’s all burnt like there was a fire she was saying how she missed her mom and I thinking her mom had passed in the fire but at the end of the level she got a call from her mom and the little girl was like “mommy your feeling better your coming home from the hospital I can’t wait till you see our house now” and I just felt said happy but I totally recommend and if you read this far I’m a little surprised lol 😂 but I totally recommend this game get it if you like helping people out and puzzle matching games thank you have a good day.❤️❤️❤️♥️♥️: V.V.V

I have been playing Tile Family for about 6 months now and thoroughly enjoy this game. It is challenging, fun and relaxing at times. I even paid to not have ads, would buy tools and coins. If I like a game I don’t mind paying some. I had gotten up to about level 639 or somewhere around there and in the middle of a game it froze. I got out of it and thought I would just start that level again but when I tried it would not load. It would go to the Tile Family screen and then the screen where she is on the swing it would say LOADING… and then nothing. I sent a message to your company support through the App Store. For about a week I kept trying hoping it would load but nothing happened. I hadn’t heard anything from your company so reluctantly deleted it. I have started over and it downloaded without a problem. I am on level 16 again. I spent a lot of time and money, and I’m not complaining, because as I said earlier I REALLY love this game, but when I deleted it I also lost a lot of coins and tools. I am going to give it one more try and hoping if I ever get back to the 600’s it won’t happen again. Is there anyway I could be compensated for my loss? This is one of the games that have me coming back after taking a break from it every now and then after trying out others. Definitely one of the best f2p games that is not a cash grab. I can also see the subtle improvements over time that makes quite a difference for the player. You can tell that the developers actually care for the player experience. My reason for giving 4 stars instead of 5 is listed below. I have only a couple of suggestions that will make a huge difference for me. 1. Please add an option to disable animations. They are unnecessary in my opinion, but wastes so much time, especially when you have a time limited bonus active. 2. Please figure out a way to differentiate the depth levels of the tile layers. Too often I picked a tile, expecting to use the tile underneath to clear the set, only to find that it's actually several layers below. This is extremely frustrating with no way to undo without using a valuable undo tool, and quite unfair to the player. A possible suggestion is perhaps using a different gradation of darkening for deeper tiles.
