I’ll add 2 stars more if the Menu and button is more intuitive e.g. user knows how to go back to main menu and after adding features to display students checking in/out of school instead of just through notifications.

I am writing to express my frustration with login issues I am currently experiencing on the Didik Digital. I have been unable to successfully log into my account despite multiple attempts. I’ve followed the standard login process. However, each time I try to log in, the apps does not go to the next page. This issue has been ongoing for a week. I understand that technical glitches can occur, but this login problem is causing a significant inconvenience for me as I rely on the app for my daughter use at her school. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible. For your reference, I am using the Iphone 12 Pro Max with iOS 16.6. Please let me know if you require any additional information from my end to diagnose and address this issue. I value the functionality of the Didik Digital and hope that this issue can be swiftly resolved. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Dear Didik Digital, The application is widely pushed to be used in various boarding school especially for e-wallet and purchase transactions in Koperasi. Thus, it is critical to maintain the system and take the feedback to improve the application. It is causing difficulties for parents and students to use the application which causing inconvenience. If there is no improvement, we will gang up through PIBG association and will recommend to blacklist Didik Digital.
