Al abrir la app me dice error al generar la credencial y nunca la he podido visualizar

Al momento de visualizar la credencial arroja error y no hay acceso al soporte.

Pésima app
Me equivoqué al poner mi correo y no me dejo volver para corregirlo entonces cuando quiero volver a poner mis datos me dice que ya hay un expediente con esos datos haciendo que ya no pueda tener mi credencial
