App Profile: Blu Wash

Bluwash is an Eco-Friendly Laundry & Dry Cleaning Service now at your door step. Bluwash is expanding fast across all major cities in India. As a customer, you signup using the phone number, and its verified using the OTP. As a customer, you can login, and get all the stores listed after login. After login, you can select one of the store from the list, you will be navigated to home page of the store.

Use schedule pickup button to create a pickup request by selecting the services, pickup time, and address. Once the pickup request is created, confirmation is received from the system. Orders tab will list out all the past orders. You can check the recent order in the orders tab. Once the pickup request is created, Driver comes to the door step, pickup all the garments, feed them into the driver app. He gives the digital copy / hard copy to the customer. Also, you can check the same in this consumer app.

Once the garments are cleaned, driver gets all the service garments. As a customer, you can check the garments, and mark them as received. Also, you can pay the invoice online using the mobile app.

As customer, you can give the feedback/comments to the business on overall journey.
