I thought I’d give this app a try, but wasn’t expecting much. I was really surprised at what It can do! I gave it some pretty tough samples, some even with hand-written text, and it did a remarkable job. My suggestion for making this app even better would be to allow cropping the photo, or drawing a selection rectangle, to define the scan area, so that unwanted text or clutter is not included in the text results. (The developer later responded to say that they added this feature. But I couldn’t find it.) I know you can pinch out on a scanned image, and the app will crop proportionally, but I would like to be able to change the scanned area proportions, to eliminate unrelated text, for example, in separate columns on the sides. Thanks for making this app available, and keep up the good work!
I just used this to extract text from a screenshot Worked PERFECTLY Interface seems nicely intuitive And the tiny footprint is nice Thank you for sharing this work with us 👊🏽👊🏽🙏🏽
This app is very helpful specially if you depend on glasses and trying to read a small label. It’s also useful in many other ways. I highly recommend it..
