Mochi Wala

Worst service, i have ordered 4 items from him, 1 has been delivered too late and another 3 has cancelled after long time due to damaged product. No control over his logistic and product. Customer service is also worst

I Ordered this for my daily use first worst thing is usually if i purchase my footwear from Mochi offline my size is 8 and when i order this online with 8UK it took 6 days for the order to be delivered where on web it showed 2-3 days then it was such a hazel to have this delivered on time as soon as I received the footwear i realized this is a bigger size, i didnt even take the other leg of the pair out and packed it back i tried an exchange but Mochi dont do exchange for the online order and now to have the same size footwear i have to return this first to have my loyalty points back and get the refund then i can get a new one for my size…. the CS is Trash specially Prince from CS I feel so bad that i ordered this online thinking to buy something nice for daily use but this has been a nightmare even after making multiple calls to Mochi and Delhivery i still dont have anyone calling me about my return the pickup for return was requested on the 23rd july and today is the 1st aug after calling mochi and delhivery multiple times someone came to my doorstep today and failed pickup stating price tag not visible i did say i didnt even take the other pair put all i have is this trash delivered to me and i am having nothing but problems he said he cant help pickup is cancelled and now i am lost i dont have any support and my money is wasted. The Sale will end and i will be charged more money to order the same pair of footwear surely they have good tricks to steal money from customer PLUS this company charged me 100rs for this poor shipping which is non refundable as it is a shipping charge i am not ordering anything from MOCHI everrrrr againnnnn
