Everything works as expected. I have schedules which trigger reliably. Remote function works seamlessly and has never unpaired

The app won’t let me connect to my wifi. It keeps asking me to enter my wifi’s name instead of selecting it from a list of options, and when I do, it still doesn’t catch the network and says that the credentials are invalid. The fan keeps glitching and switching off and on by itself. Worst “smart fan” I have ever experienced

The app logged me out without any reason. When I try to log back in and enter my phone number, it sends me the OTP. However, when I enter the OTP, it shows an error message that says, “please populate all the fields”. This does not let me login, and I cannot access my account again.
