Uplift is a peer-to-peer mental health app that connects you with other peers for support and conversation. Although mental health issues are common in the Caribbean, they are also still widely taboo. We aim to destigmatize mental health.
How do i use Uplift ?
Uplift provides support through creating or joining a support room with a capacity of three peers for 30 minutes. By joining a support room, peers can offer guidance and earn kudos. It is advisable to start as a peer to gain experience before creating a support room.
