I really like this app but like I’m a kid so 😭 I don’t have the money but there are some of the think on the app that are free I just need like a work out thing at home cause I can’t just got to a gym cause I need at that stuff to get in and the member ship and pay every month or year in stuff an etc except all that it’s a good app just in general so yea 😝🎀

Easy to follow. Love that each day has a different routine. I am 56 and never done pilates and with just a little adaptation for the old knees, have been able to get a good workout. Just started, so will let you know results in a month or so!!!☺️

I love the way the exercises aren’t the same every day and, as someone with previous injuries, I haven’t had any of my usual problems aggravated either. On the plus side, the developers are very nice and have helped me several times when I’ve had issues due to updates.
