I paid for no forced ads, so why am I still being bombarded with ads every 10 seconds. I’m not even kidding. Every 10 seconds. This game is a waste of good time, that could be spent on good games. I’m giving it a 5 stars so that the algo will get more people to see the truth. Shame on these rip off people! Zero stars!!!!

The ads original kwalee people, but the first thing it shows me is a different branded game character. Then, after the rip off part, all you do in this game is walk around as a tiny, basically stick character doctor taking peoples orders/appointment requests. Most of kwalees games are very enjoyable, but this one is really not their best😅 if you like this kind of stuff, good for you! It’s just not a game I would prefer. thank you for reading!

I downloaded this game and thouht it would be fun or cool but it is not! When youre like just walking,it will take you to an ad and every 10 seconds it takes you in an ad! Also, whenever i try to get my money, a tiny bit comes out. I only have 3$ in each dollar! Even, so so so so so do so so so so many Ads! So many! I was in the middle of a patient care and it took me to an ad right when i was earning my money, and so when the ad was over, i lost all the 100$ i was SUPPOSED TO GET but yet i DIDNT GET IT! (Also, there are some bad Ads) please do not download this game! It is a waste of your precious time🫤😕😞🙎♀️🙎♂️
