I had pcos so All my life I have been on a diet, I normally lose weight then gain it back tenfold. I was doing intermittent fasting for a couple of years and lost a good amount of weight, then I had to have a hysterectomy, so I went into immediate menopause which was horrible, I managed to keep the weight off for a good 2 years then I started spiraling, I gained 30 lbs within 4 months, I was so disappointed with myself and so down, until one day I saw Adam on tictoc and it gave me hope, I joined and purchased the 1 year membership and have a coach that goes over everything I eat, that way I have someone keeping me in line if I fall off the wagon, my coach is Francesca and she is so supportive and awesome and always there if I have a question which is such a breath of fresh air when you’re always trying to lose weight and are frustrated. It’s only been three weeks I’m on the program and I have already lost 15 lbs, which is pretty awesome, there’s also a member exclusive Facebook page that you get to connect with people that are on the same boat as you, so there’s support everywhere. I also feel that my cortisol levels have dropped, I feel less angry and less moody and more energized, my rpm has also gone down and is in the good range, when it was on the higher end before. All in all, I would recommend this app and program to anyone that is serious about losing weight the correct way. Thank you Adam for creating this program to help us out.

I feel like Adam Potash has succeeded in putting together a winning weight mastery formula , & I could not be more thankful & appreciative! The combination of 16/8 intermittent fasting, eliminating ultra processed foods, & sticking to making better whole food choices, has been the winning formula that is working for me. Cravings for bad foods were gone in about 1 week, & it became easy to adhere to to the suggested food choices. Having a coach to talk to, & get corrective guidance from, was unique & invaluable. I am now comfortably losing about 1 lb/wk. I have lost 22lbs in 4 months. I can see myself at my goal weight, & I’m going to get there. There is no rush. I feel better, & clothes fit better. It does take a commitment to stick with it, & if you are serious about bettering your health, this is The Real Deal, & I strongly suggest you give this a try.

I struggled for years yo-yo’d with 5 to 7 lbs, and finally gave up! I started The Approach and I actually committed to a year and lost over 20lbs in 4 months. It’s easy to follow, love my meals more than anything. The non scale victories are amazing, like fitting into clothes I haven’t been able to wear in years. Belt notches going doing and being able to get up off the floor with ease!! I am able to go back to boxing and do the core exercises without having to modify them. The Approach is the best thing I ever did for my health and confidence. Adam Potach and his crew are top notch coaches and cheerleaders to keep you motivated on track. All the members on Facebook are friendly and supportive too!!
