Camcord - Vlog your life

I was a hardcore Camcord supporter. I found the app three years right before my vacation in England. I had made many videos from that time that I have watched over and over again. It used to be a great app. Understandably, they changed the app around in the last few years to improve. With this came a paid subscription, which was annoying at first but oh well you know. I paid for it around my second vacation after I got married because I wanted to create new memories and I was still a hardcore fan (although some things I didn’t like). I stopped using the app for a min and in July (only a month ago I remembered I had an vlog I didn’t post so let me post it). So I only been inactive for what a month? A little over a month? Why did I get a notification today that ALL of my vlogs have been deleted with no warning?? For someone who been loyal to your app and paid into the system you’re telling me this is how you’re going to treat us? Inactivity is a joke that’s something for 6 months or over a year like I would understand that. ALSO A WARNING would’ve been great that hey in 24 hours they will be deleted. NO, they wanted to ruin their own customer base and DELETE all of our memories. I’m so upset bc I never saved half of my vlogs anywhere else. I had plans to but I was waiting to get a new phone to do so. I’ve been crying all day. I really hope they can get back to me and help me. I need those vlogs!! Please!!! I’m never using this app again until I get them back!

I really love this app. But as an occasional user, I don’t upload very often. Maybe a couple times a month, if that. I use it to hold important moments of progress or interests of mine, so every vlog to me is special. I downloaded this app a while ago, and was so happy to find its basic features were free. I could understand paying for the tools, but as I said, I use it every so often, so I didn’t bother. I’m really disappointed with the new pay-to-upload setup of the app. It especially caught me off guard that I wasn’t aware of my 2 ‘freebies’ until after my vlog was finished, and that it one was used even if I only wanted to upload it privately and with no edits. Please consider changing it so that you can at least upload your vlogs privately for free and pay to upload them publicly, if you absolutely must charge. I would hate to see this app be the kind that someone deletes two seconds after downloading because they have to pay for the most basic and simple functions. It has the potential to be so much more.

I definitely consider camcord one of my top favorite apps! I use it as a way to connect with my friends and record new memories that we make throughout high school. For the many months that I used this app, I have been able to post consistently without a charge. Now with the new app update, it allows you to have 2 more free vlogs then you have to begin to pay. This makes me so frustrated because how is an app that is supposed to be used as a journal for memories and special moments all of a sudden have a charge? Now, I will not be paying for this and I am at a loss of words for the memories that I will be missing. I was hoping to rely on camcord at the end of high school to hold so many memories that I can look back at and laugh but now I have lost those opportunities. PLEASE TAKE AWAY THE CHARGES🙏🙏🙏
